Khalryonthon provides professional photography services including private event photography, official ID photos, portrait sessions, and related photography services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice. The specific details of each photography package are outlined on our services page and in individual client agreements.
To book a photography session with Khalryonthon, you must provide accurate and complete information during the reservation process. A deposit may be required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due before or immediately after the photography session. All prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change without notice, though any changes will not affect confirmed bookings.
We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session may result in forfeiture of the deposit. However, we understand that emergencies happen, and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis. Sessions can typically be rescheduled once without penalty with adequate notice.
All photographs taken by Khalryonthon remain the intellectual property of the photographer. While clients receive personal use rights to their images, the photographer retains all copyrights. Clients may not sell, license, or use the photographs for commercial purposes without explicit written permission. We reserve the right to use photographs for our portfolio, website, social media, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license to use their photographs for personal purposes, including printing, sharing on social media, and displaying in their homes or offices. This license does not include the right to modify, alter, or edit the photographs beyond basic cropping and color correction, nor does it permit commercial use or redistribution.
Clients are responsible for arriving on time for scheduled sessions, providing necessary information and requirements for ID photos, and ensuring that all participants are aware of and consent to being photographed. For event photography, clients should inform guests that professional photography is taking place. Clients must also provide accurate contact information and notify us promptly of any changes.
We deliver edited, high-resolution digital images through our secure online gallery within the timeframe specified in your photography package, typically 48-72 hours for most sessions. All images are professionally edited to our artistic standards. Specific editing requests may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee. Images are available for download for 90 days after delivery, after which they may be archived.
While we take every precaution to deliver exceptional photography services, Khalryonthon shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including equipment failure, natural disasters, illness, or other unforeseen events that may prevent us from fulfilling our obligations. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the total amount paid for the photography services in question.
By booking our photography services, clients and all photographed individuals grant Khalryonthon permission to use the photographs for portfolio and promotional purposes. If you prefer not to have your images used for promotional purposes, please notify us in writing before your session, and we will honor your request.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use of the site. Prohibited activities include attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfering with the proper functioning of the website, or engaging in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair our services.
