This Return Policy explains our approach to addressing any concerns you may have about our photography services.
Photography services are unique in that they involve capturing moments in time and applying artistic interpretation. Unlike physical products, completed photography sessions and delivered images cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. However, we are committed to ensuring you are delighted with the final results and offer several avenues for addressing any concerns.
We guarantee your satisfaction with our photography services. If you are not completely satisfied with your images, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your photos. We will work with you to understand your concerns and find an appropriate solution, which may include additional editing, reshooting certain images when feasible, or other remedies as appropriate to the situation.
Technical issues, editing errors, non-compliance with specifications, and failure to deliver contracted images.
Subjective style preferences, natural appearance variations, weather conditions, or client-side factors.
Deposits paid to secure your photography session are non-refundable once we have reserved your date and time. However, deposits can be transferred to a rescheduled session if you provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
In the rare event that we are unable to provide the contracted photography services due to circumstances within our control, you will receive a full refund of all payments made. If we deliver photography services that fundamentally fail to meet professional standards or the terms of our agreement, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Depending on the situation, this may involve partial refunds, complimentary re-shoots, or additional editing services at no charge.
For ID photo services, we guarantee that your photos will meet all official requirements and regulations. If your ID photos are rejected by the relevant authority due to non-compliance with photo specifications, we will retake your photos at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to photos rejected for technical reasons such as size, background, lighting, or positioning. You must notify us of the rejection within 30 days and provide documentation from the rejecting authority.
If you order printed photographs, albums, or other physical products from us, we guarantee they will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Defective items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for replacement at no charge. Physical products damaged in shipping should be reported immediately, and we will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue.
Please note that printed products cannot be returned simply due to dissatisfaction with how you appear in the photographs, as all prints are made from images you have previously approved in digital format.
If you have concerns about your photography session or delivered images, please contact us as soon as possible. We find that most issues can be resolved quickly through open communication. To request a resolution, email us with your name, session date, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting documentation or examples. We will respond within 48 hours and work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
We strive to resolve all client concerns promptly. Re-editing requests are typically completed within 7 business days. For refund requests, we process approved refunds within 10 business days to the original payment method. More complex issues requiring reshoot sessions will be scheduled at the earliest mutually convenient date.
We understand that extraordinary situations may arise. If you experience circumstances that prevent you from keeping your scheduled session or that affect your satisfaction with our services, please reach out to us. We evaluate exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to accommodate your needs with flexibility and understanding.
